This notice covers the creator-interest and collector-waitlist forms on the IdolCrest Cards website. These forms are intended for adults age 18 and older.

What we collect

The collector form asks for an email address and an optional creator suggestion. The creator form asks for a name, business email, channel or profile, and optional collaboration ideas. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use creator inquiries to discuss possible collaborations and collector signups to send development and launch updates. We do not sell form submissions. Joining a list does not place an order or reserve a card.

Where submissions go

The website is hosted by Netlify. When the site is deployed and form detection is enabled, Netlify processes and stores form submissions for the website operator. Hosting providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. Google Fonts is used to load typefaces and receives the technical request information needed to deliver them.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from updates by replying to any email we send. Before receiving an email, you can submit the creator-interest form with your email address and describe your privacy request in the message field. We will use that submission only to handle your request.

Retention

We retain submissions while needed to respond to inquiries and maintain the requested update list, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when a deletion request is honored, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Scope

This notice applies to the current inquiry and waitlist site. If we begin taking orders, we will update the notice to explain any additional information and service providers involved.
